1. Introduction

Welcome to SignalizEmploi, a job platform specializing in Traffic Control Person positions and related employment opportunities in Canada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform (collectively, the "Service"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 3. User Accounts

To access certain features of SignalizEmploi, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Use only one account per user (multiple accounts are prohibited) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Use of Service

SignalizEmploi provides a platform for connecting job seekers with employers in the Traffic Control Person and related construction industries. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. For Job Seekers: • You may search and apply for job postings • You may create and maintain a profile with your qualifications and experience • You may communicate with employers through our platform For Employers: • You may post job listings for Traffic Control Person and related positions • You may review applications and communicate with candidates • You agree to provide accurate job descriptions and company information • You agree to process applications fairly and in compliance with applicable employment laws

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or transmit through SignalizEmploi ("User Content"), including resumes, job descriptions, messages, and profile information. You represent and warrant that: • You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content • Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.) • Your User Content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations • Your User Content does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor or review User Content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Harass, threaten, or harm other users • Collect or store personal data about other users without permission • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Sell, rent, or lease your account to another party • Post job listings for positions that do not exist or are fraudulent • Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SignalizEmploi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and designs, are owned by SignalizEmploi or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute any content from SignalizEmploi without permission • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without written consent • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it on SignalizEmploi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • SignalizEmploi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of job postings or user profiles • We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes • We are not liable for any interactions between users, including job applications, interviews, or employment relationships • Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim You agree to indemnify and hold SignalizEmploi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if: • You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity • You fail to pay applicable fees (for employers) • We are required to do so by law Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and User Content, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by: • Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date • Sending an email notification to registered users • Displaying a notice on our platform Your continued use of SignalizEmploi after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
